Weather watch: Expect rain up north

EXPECT rain if you’re in the North.

In its bulletin issued this evening, the Fiji Meteorological Service (FMS) stated that a trough of low pressure with associated cloud and showers lay slow moving over the northern parts of Fiji.

Occasional showers and isolated thunderstorms have been forecasted over Vanua Levu, Taveuni and Northern Lau Group.

Members of the public can also expect cloudy periods with some showers, possible isolated thunderstorms with heavy falls forecasted over the eastern and interior parts of the large islands.
