TWENTY students of Adi Maopa Secondary School will take part in this year’s Maritime Zone and Fiji Finals next month.

School principal Viliame Kaseni said most of their athletes were from the sub-junior and junior grades.

“We want to send these students for exposure, most of them have been on the island all their lives and this is a good way of exposing them,” Mr Kaseni said.

“Earning medals will be a bonus but we are all in for exposure.

“Last week’s inter-house was a good way to gauge athletes performance in the lead-up to the national meet.”

Meanwhile, Bua House walked away with the overall winners’ title.
