For Radisson Blu Resort Fiji, delivering exceptional guest experience consistently has been key to its success.

Director Food and Beverage Akira Tanaka said one of his team members had been receiving glowing accolades from guests at the resort.

Eseta Talei Leweniqila was recently promoted to supervisor at the resort’s newly opened Italian restaurant, Basilico.

“Ms Leweniqila is a regular mention on TripAdvisor and a guest favourite for our Signature Dining Table experience which offers five-star butler service as one of the key features of the unique and sophisticated dining experience,” said Mr Tanaka.

“The amazing butler service is one of the main reasons guests keep returning for the special signature dining experience.

“Our dedicated butlers go above and beyond to ensure couples have a wonderful evening paying close attention to the little details that mould the night. “From the delicate table settings to five-star table service and a subtle yet friendly presence, the butlers definitely enhance the romantic ambience.”

Mr Tanaka said the promotion featured an indulgent seafood platter for two at $325 per couple with complimentary champagne.

“Our talented team led by Eseta will take you on an alfresco culinary journey with a menu embracing only the freshest local seafood from the Yasawa lobster thermidor, grilled king prawns, garlic infused mussels, house smoked marlin and freshly caught grilled mahi-mahi cooked to perfection,” said Mr Tanaka.
