MEMBERS of the public have now until September 14 to decide whether to shave or save parliamentarian Lenora Qereqeretabua’s iconic buiniga.

Ms Qereqeretabua has volunteered to be part of the Save or Shave (SOS) campaign, which is the biggest fundraising event for Walk on Walk Strong Kids Fiji.

WOW’s Kids Fiji team leader Viola Lesi said they were grateful to have Ms Qereqeretabua to be part of their fundraising event.

“She has come on board for our shave and save campaign, that has always been our biggest fundraiser and we are just incredibly grateful to Lenora for championing the 2019 campaign this year and then she is willing to offer her hair,” Ms Lesi said.

“It will be in the hands of the donors when they put their donations, they will either say Lenora shaves or Lenora save.”

Ms Qereqeretabua hopes that the SOS campaign would bring about awareness and also raise money to assist with WOW’s Kids Fiji’s efforts and projects.
