Moi bailed by Navua Court; plea to be taken at a later date

Anare Moi, 24, who is facing a charge of assault has been granted bail by the Navua Magistrates Court.
The accused was represented by Suva-based lawyer Filimoni Vosarogo.
Magistrate Chaitanya Lakshman asked Mr Vosarogo if his client was ready to take his plea today.
In reply, Mr Vosarogo said he was given disclosures today and requested if a plea could be taken on the next date.
The magistrate also warned the accused not to reoffend while on bail.
The accused was granted bail with $500 cash bond and a surety.
The case has been adjourned to June 24 for mention.
