Lawyers discuss the importance of environment law

THE second day of the 20th Attorney General’s Conference began this morning with participants discussing the importance of environment law.

Local lawyers heard presentations from United Nations Special Rapporteur on Human Rights and Environment David Boyd, Head of Regional Delegation, International Committee on Red Cross and Fiji’s Human Rights and Anti-Discrmination chairperson Kamal Kumar.

The participants will hear discussions on Balancing the Rights of Speech and Safety and Competition Law on Developing States.
