UNITY Fiji candidate Makera Dawai has pleaded with the people of Tacirua Heights in Suva to vote for a leader that would bring about change in their livelihoods or continue to live in debts.
Ms Dawai during the party’s rally yesterday claimed that living in Fiji was “expensive”.
“We the iTaukei are living on debts,” claimed Ms Dawai.
“I want to encourage you that it is time you observe what Fijians have been going through and to be very wise with who we should vote for,” she said.
Ms Dawai reiterated the importance of voting for every individual within the age of 18 and above.
About 20 people turned up the party’s rally.
