Courts Service national service manager Nikunj Vaghela said Courts Service Centre had a total of 77 employed staff including some highly skilled overseas expatriate technicians who are ready to serve and deliver.

“Every year, the technicians are also sent overseas to broaden their knowledge on different range of products,” said Mr Vaghela.

“On the 25th of this month, there will be an in-house training and on site practical training held at Marriott Resort,” said Mr Vaghela.

“This is a chance for our technicians to go on site, get hands on practical training and meet some overseas technical experts. The other core strategy for the company making sure the products we bring in has all the spare parts and technicians are being trained to par.

“We have our own spare parts inventory close to $1.5 million — so these are the spare parts inventory so we don’t have to keep purchasing from abroad every now and then because it takes time. So most of the time we carry parts together with the units so if we are bringing any appliances, we make sure spares are allocated so if customers have any issues, we can fix it in a timely.
