ASSISTANT coach for the All Blacks side Tomasi Cama believes there will be a lot of players out to prove themselves at the 2018 Oceania Sevens Championship this weekend at Suva’s ANZ Stadium.

“It is good for young players to be part of this tournament.

“It is good because players learn the game by playing and it provides an opportunity to promising young players that are coming through with developing in the sport,” said Cama.

Cama believes that new players getting exposed to tough competition by experienced teams will be able to help them improve in their performance.

“This tournament gives them the opportunity to express themselves without the World Series expectations.

Having some experienced players around them and playing against some good opponents will help these young players in their experience and also inspire them,” said Cama.
