120 marijuana plants seized in the North

THE Fiji Police uprooted more than 120 green plants believed to be marijuana ranging from 40cm during a mop up exercise conducted in Kanakana Hills in the North.
The owner of the farm is yet to be determined.
Meanwhile a 24-year-old farmer was arrested last Friday afternoon at Nailawa in Labasa after he was found with sachets of dried leaves wrapped in aluminium foil believed to be marijuana.
